Healthy Ways
As some of you may know and if you don't I will tell you now... I'm fat! ... In the past couple of months I put on some weight do to some problems and emotional stuff but that's not the point of the post.
So after I got back in to my head and started to see ME I thought that I needed to lose weight and be healthy again! This is all about that, I installed a app called "MyFitnessPal" where I can put all the Calories I ate and with a few questions the app will tell you how much cals you should eat for you to lose the wight you want. I love it and it is helping me a lot!
I will do a post every week and a little update about, me where I will tell you everything I did!
